Customer Service Agreement
The customer certifies that the above information is true and correct. If customer prefers to be billed for usage by credit card and if the credit card should change, customer agrees to notify the company immediately to avoid any interruption in service. Customer agrees to pay for account usage promptly within the terms of the invoice received. If customer defaults in meeting these conditions, customer understands that the account can be placed on a hold status, which means customer cannot use the service until payments are made to restore the account. Customer is responsible for all usage of account passcodes, therefore promises to prevent unauthorized account usage.
